Enoflex has selected composite materials that offer unique properties that are highly suited to typically challenging environments found in the transfer of liquid and gas energy.

Single Polymer Composite

Enoflex utilises patented SPC material to manufacture the pipes of tomorrow. Long, unidirectional fibers are combined in a matrix of the same polymer to produce a tape which delivers high strength while maintaining all the benefits of the polymer. The tape is then fused together in layers using lasers within Enoflex’s patented precision manufacturing process.  The SPC pipe is spooled and packaged onto transportation or installation reels. SPC pipe performance is far reaching for many applications from ambient to cryogenic applications.

Peek-CF

Enoflex PEEK/CF pipe is made from carbon fibre and PEEK. It has high resistance to heat, common oilfield chemicals and permeation. The materials are combined into unidirectional tape which is fused by laser, layer by layer, in a fully automated robotic process to form a fully bonded structure with a smooth bore. The lay of the tape angle can be altered to optimise flexibility, stiffness and strength. This pipe has been developed by the Enoflex team.
